It’s a new month – a fresh start and the perfect time to set new intentions!
You can set new intentions but are you in the right mindset to actually follow through on them?⠀

We hear the word MINDSET thrown around a lot but do you actually know what it means and why it’s so important?⠀

Mindset refers to a person’s usual attitude or frame of mind.⠀
⠀
Think about yourself – are you usually in a POSITIVE state of mind or a NEGATIVE state of mind?⠀Are you normally feeling happy, hopeful and excited about things or more stuck, pessimistic and frequently feeling overwhelmed? If it’s the latter we’ve got to do something to change it!

Your mindset will dictate everything you do or don’t do. So that’s why it’s important to make working on your mindset a priority.⠀

If you’re not happy with the results your getting in any area of your life, it’s time for a deep dive!⠀

There are many things you can do to move from a negative mindset to a positive one…⠀

– Listening to music that makes you feel good⠀
– Inspirational podcasts⠀
– Being around others that are uplifting⠀

These are just a few. and none of these things takes very long. For the biggest impact I suggest to start with journaling – it can be soooo transformational!! It’s like a daily self coaching session – very therapeutic!⠀
