If you’ve been around here for a while you know I LOVE vision boards!!! It’s one of my favorite tools in goal achieving and manifesting!! They’re really fun and creative to create which is why I’ve made it part of my program Visualize To Materialize.
Most recently I achieved 2 big goals – and yes – BOTH were on my vision board!
I had 3 pieces of my art accepted into a group gallery show – Yonkers Thru The Lens at Blue Door Art Center and secondly I was selected to be a speaker at an online summit for female entrepreneurs. It’s such a great feeling to see your vision board coming to life!
You may be skeptical or wondering just how vision boards play a role in goal achieving. I’m here to explain and hopefully it will peak your interest enough to want to try it!
Vision boards can be a powerful tool for helping you achieve your goals. Here’s how…
Visualization
Vision boards help you visualize your goals by creating a visual representation of what you want to achieve. By keeping it in a place where you can look at it regularly (get it out of your closet!), you keep your goals top of mind, which can help you stay motivated and focused.
Clarity
Creating a vision board requires you to get clear on your desires. (I walk you through step by step in Visualize To Materialize) This clarity will help you identify not only what you desire, but equally as important – why you desire it. You’ll get a better understanding of what you need to do to achieve your goals and can help you stay focused on what’s important.
Inspiration
Seeing images of what you want to achieve on your vision board can be inspiring and can help you stay motivated. Your vision board can remind you why you’re working towards your goals and can help you stay focused on your dreams.
Goal Setting
Creating a vision board requires you to set goals and identify what you want to achieve. This can be a powerful motivator and can help you stay on track as you work towards your goals.
Manifestation
Some people believe that visualizing what you want to achieve can help you manifest your desires. I totally believe this and not in a woo woo type of way. It’s actually quite logical! By looking at your vision board regularly, you are focusing your energy and attention on your goals, which can help bring them to fruition. It’s common sense!
Overall, vision boards can be a fun and creative way to stay focused on your goals and keep your dreams at the forefront of your mind. You’re basically priming your brain to see what’s important to you – let’s make it happen! By creating a visual representation of what you want to achieve, you can stay motivated, inspired, and on track as you work towards your goals.
